Refunds and cancellations

AstroVeda is a digital subscription product. Refund handling depends on payment status, access activation, and applicable consumer protection rules.
Before activation
If a payment does not complete, no membership is activated. Cancelled payment attempts do not create a paid entitlement.
After activation
If a membership has already been activated and used, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Include your payment reference and account email when contacting support.
Wire transfers
Wire transfer requests stay pending until manually approved. If funds have not yet been approved into an active membership, cancellation can be handled manually.
